Privacy Policy

Overview

Jupiter is JPAX Media LLC's private operations cockpit and client portal. It helps JPAX manage projects, messages, files, reports, invoices, calendar items, notifications, and Nova, the human-approved AI operations layer. Jupiter is intended for JPAX staff and invited JPAX clients.

This policy explains how JPAX Media LLC collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information connected to Jupiter.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and profile information such as name, email address, business name, invite or access request details, role, and notification preferences.

We may collect client work information entered into Jupiter, including projects, tasks, deliverables, reports, messages, file uploads, invoices, calendar events, notes, approvals, audit logs, and related business context.

If you use Nova voice features, we may process audio recordings or transcriptions for speech input and response generation. If you upload files, we may process file contents so Jupiter and Nova can organize, search, summarize, and reference authorized project material.

We may collect technical information needed to operate the app, such as authentication session data, browser or device information, logs, notification delivery status, and basic usage events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure Jupiter, manage JPAX client work, route access by role, send account or project notifications, support file delivery, generate reports, maintain audit trails, and improve reliability.

Nova uses authorized Jupiter context to answer questions, draft records, summarize work, and stage actions for human confirmation. Nova is not designed to silently change client-visible, financial, or operational data without confirmation and server-side validation.

Service Providers

Jupiter uses trusted service providers to host, store, secure, process, and deliver the app. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; OpenAI for AI processing; ElevenLabs for optional speech features; Resend for email delivery; and Sentry for error monitoring if enabled.

These providers process information only as needed to provide Jupiter's services to JPAX. JPAX does not sell Jupiter user data.

Security

Jupiter uses role-based access, Supabase Row Level Security, server-side authorization checks, encrypted transport, scoped file access, and audit logging for supported mutations. No system is perfectly secure, but JPAX designs Jupiter around bounded access and human-approved operations.

Retention And Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Jupiter, support JPAX client work, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of Jupiter data, contact JPAX at julian@jpaxmedia.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, security, legal, accounting, or audit purposes.

Children

Jupiter is not directed to children. It is intended for JPAX staff and invited business clients. JPAX does not knowingly collect children's personal information through Jupiter.
